About MHOS

The Mid-Hudson Orchid Society is dedicated to providing a supportive community for orchid lovers to come together, share knowledge, and celebrate the beauty of these diverse and enchanting flowers. New members and guests are always encouraged to join us. First meeting is free!

Our monthly meetings are held in the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, NY. At the meetings, enjoy the members' show table, member and vendor Orchid sales, guest speakers, and hands-on workshops. In addition to our monthly meetings we have an annual Holiday party, and a Summer barbecue. MHOS also conducts an orchid show and sale twice each year, which is open to the public. We are an affiliate of the American Orchid Society.
